Bogota, September 2025<\/strong>Pei, the leading real estate investment alternative in Colombia, has been confirmed to be included in the S&P Colombia Select index, a stock market index that provides exposure to at least 14 species that meet specific liquidity and market capitalization criteria, traded on the Bolsa de Valores de Colombia (bvc).<\/p>\n

This fact, combined with the inclusion of equity securities PEIs in stock indices MSCI COLCAP, MSCI All Colombia Select 25\/50 and MSCI nuam<\/strong>It becomes the first real estate company to incorporate these key equity market indicators.<\/p>\n

By June 2025, Pei has maintained a prominent role in the Colombian capital market. As of June, PEI-denominated securities represented approximately the 2% of the total trading volume<\/strong> of the companies that make up the index MSCI COLCAP<\/strong>During the period, more than [amount] in transactions had been made. 2.56 million titles<\/strong>equivalent to 6% of titles in circulation<\/strong>This performance was supported by Pei’s recent bond issuance, in which, despite an offer of COP 500,000 millones<\/strong>The demand reached almost three times the bid amount<\/strong>reflecting the market’s confidence in the vehicle’s reliability.<\/p>\n

Today, we are seeing its results materialized in Pei’s participation in four stock indices and the arrival of international investors, which exceed 5% of equity.\u201d<\/p>\n

Once again, Pei contributes to the development of the capital market in Colombia as the first and only issuer in the real estate investment industry to be included in the S&P Colombia Select index. Exposure to the index is achieved through the Exchange Traded Fund (ETF): Global X Colombia Select (HCOLSEL), a stock fund that seeks to replicate the S&P Colombia Select index.<\/p>\n
