Pei&#8217;s share of the lettable area is 82%, with an investment of COP 141,802 MM.<\/p>\n<p>This asset was developed in a &#8220;build-to-suit&#8221; (BTS) format for Tigo, and a long-term lease agreement was signed with the company regarding the asset.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to the leased area, an agreement was reached with the tenant to include value-added services such as renovations and furnishings, which are part of Pei Asset Management\u2019s new offering, aimed at strengthening support for tenants and meeting all their needs.<\/p>\n<p>In this project, we are leveraging our capabilities to become a valuable real estate partner.<br \/>A strategic approach for a company like Tigo, addressing its specific needs in terms of both physical space and value-added services. The latter as part of the innovations that we have incorporated into the business model to strategically meet market requirements,\u201d added Jairo Corrales, president of Pei Asset Management.<\/p>\n<p>The North Tower of Rivana Business Park has 19 floors, of which 19,410 square meters are used for corporate office space. The first floor features 1,906 square meters of commercial premises.<\/p>\n<p>The property, one of the tallest in the area, has a terrace with views of the Medell\u00edn River, as well as recreational areas for residents.<\/p>\n<p>With this acquisition, Pei completes its 150 asset portfolio across various categories, totaling approximately 1.2 million square meters.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Rivana Business Park, a new and prominent real estate development in Medell\u00edn<br \/><\/strong><br \/>Rivana Business Park is a corporate and service business center consisting of several development phases that will include offices, healthcare, retail, and hospitality as its main uses.
