The property has a lease agreement for 10 years with the EPS Sanitas.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;As part of the diversification strategy of the <a href=\"https:\/\/pei.com.co\/en\/portfolio\/\">Pe&#8217;s portfolio<\/a>I, this establishes the third medical center for Sanitas within Pei&#8217;s portfolio in Cali, confirming the company&#8217;s interest in offering tenants a comprehensive real estate portfolio that meets all their needs to position itself as a real estate partner. In this regard, the corporate headquarters of Grupo Keralty (owner of Sanitas) in Bogot\u00e1 is also an asset in the portfolio since 2010\u201d, Jairo Corrales, president of Pei Asset Management.<\/p>\n<p>Sanitas Versalles is located in a strategic location characterized by the presence of various commercial and residential properties. The property, which began operations in December 2020, has a total area of 3,594 m2. The building consists of 6 floors with a laboratory, 53 medical offices, and 87 parking spaces for cars, motorcycles, and bicycles.<\/p>\n<p>The clinic offers specialized services such as: general medicine, pediatrics, gynecology, dermatology, physiotherapy, and others. In addition, it provides health services such as family planning, ultrasound, prenatal care, and vaccinations.<\/p>\n<p>The building was constructed over 18 months by the construction company Construandes S.A., and has been operating normally since its commissioning, complying with all biosecurity protocols.
