Bogot\u00e1, June 2021. <\/strong>Pei, real estate investment vehicle, a leading Colombian company managed by Pei Asset Management, announced the acquisition of an additional 1.2% stake in the rental property portfolio of Nuestro Monter\u00eda Shopping Center, representing 0.9% of the total asset value.<\/p>\n

The transaction was completed for a value of COP$1,090,000,000… The leased area acquired with this recent investment is 232 m2.<\/p>\n

In this way, Pei gains complete ownership of 74% of the rental market, giving them ownership of 55.4% of the entire shopping center.<\/p>\n

Nuestro Monter\u00eda has a total leasable area of 25,168 m2, of which 13,945 m2 belongs to Pei, including this recent transaction.<\/p>\n

The acquisition of this additional share was agreed upon jointly by Pei and Valores M\u00e9nsula S.A.S.<\/p>\n
