This payment will be the first quarterly installment. Going forward, investors of TEIS will receive the payment of distributable cash flow in February, May, August and November, corresponding to the results of the vehicle\u2019s operation in the immediately preceding quarter.<\/p>\n<p>The amount that each Investor will receive, calculated based on the interim quarterly financial statements [1], will be COP 29,193 per Share, which amounts to a total absolute value of COP 12,594 million.<\/p>\n<p>The cash flow generated during the third quarter of 2020 was impacted by the prevailing market conditions resulting from operational restrictions on some assets in the portfolio, which materialized as temporary discounts and deferred payments with some tenants.<\/p>\n<p>Although 2020 has been an atypical year for the operating cash flow delivered to investors due to the situation, it is also a year in which the Cash Flow Paid corresponds to 5 quarters: two from 2019 paid in February 2020, and 3 quarters of 2020 paid in August and November. As a result, the dividend yield paid for 2020 reaches a value of 4.79%.<\/p>\n<p>The Distributable Cash Flow for the third quarter of 2020 was authorized by the Advisory Committee.<\/p>\n<p>The applicable payment will be subject to withholding taxes according to the tax status of each investor in equity securities.<\/p>\n<p>[1] The financial statements intermediate audits include a review of the most relevant transactions for the period by the external auditor.
