This is the Sanitas Ciudad Jard\u00edn medical center, the second property of this type that Pei acquires in the capital of Valle del Cauca.<\/p>\n<p>The asset, built by the firms Casta\u00f1eda Vacca &#038; Cia and Construandes, has a leasable area of 2,582 m<sup>2<\/sup>CliniSanitas, a prepaid medical company, began providing emergency and outpatient medical services at the end of 2019 after approximately 13 months of construction under a custom-designed scheme.<\/p>\n<p>The property was purchased by Pei for a value of COP 13,574 MM under a long-term contract with Grupo Sanitas, which already has leases on two properties in the city of Cali and one in Bogot\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>With this acquisition, Pei reaffirms its long-term partnership with its tenants in a category with national expansion potential.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abFor Pei, expanding the real estate category in the healthcare sector is a fundamental part of its innovation strategy.
