Bancolombia will be the first entity to occupy this building, promoting the corporate user profile that Pei hopes to attract to the property.<\/p>\n<p>The fund&#8217;s final investment value was $COP 271,093 million, resulting in a 33.6% stake and expanding its corporate asset portfolio to 34.<\/p>\n<p>With the purchase of this property, Pei surpasses COP 6 trillion and contributes to the architectural development of Bogot\u00e1, supporting the company\u2019s initiative to generate value in Colombia\u2019s major cities.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abWe consider Atrio to be a particularly attractive asset due to its modern and comprehensive real estate offering, which aims to reshape the heart of Colombia&#8217;s capital city by integrating corporate users with public space in a single location,\u00bb said Jairo Corrales, President of Pei Asset Management.<\/p>\n<p>Atrio was designed by the firm Rogers Stirk Harbour and Partners, led by the renowned architect Richard Rogers, who is responsible for some of the most important buildings of recent decades worldwide.<\/p>\n<p>The property was built according to a mixed-use development plan, which involved the construction of a complex of high-rise buildings, whose layout creates a large public space of 10,000 square meters at its base; 6,769. <em>m\u00b2<\/em> For commercial use and 56,572 m\u00b2 of office space.
