This once again demonstrates our commitment to providing our tenants with valuable real estate solutions as strategic partners.<\/em>\u00absaid Jairo Corrales, President of Pei Asset Management.<\/p>\n<p>The Casta\u00f1eda Vacca &amp; Cia and Construandes firms are part of the group responsible for constructing the medical center, which lasted 12 months under a \u00abcustom-built\u00bb model. Once completed, the property was acquired by Pei, who signed a 10-year lease agreement with EPS Sanitas; this would be the first of two properties that the real estate investment vehicle would acquire in Cali with these characteristics, the other would be located in Ciudad Jard\u00edn.<\/p>\n<p>The property is located in the city of Cali, in the Tequendama district, a strategic area with a high concentration of healthcare-related businesses.
