Once built, the property was acquired by Pei, which signed a 10-year lease agreement with EPS Sanitas; this would be the first of two such properties the real estate investment vehicle would acquire in Cali, with the other located in Ciudad Jard\u00edn.<\/p>\n<p>The property is located in Cali, in the Tequendama sector, a strategic area dominated by healthcare-related institutions.
