Bogota, February 2020. According to the information prospectus of Pei’s Equity Securities Issuance and Placement Program, Pei shall pay the Distributable Cash Flow (DCF) generated in the second semester of 2019, on February 14, 2020.

The Distributable Cash Flow from the operation of Pei’s portfolio in 2019 was COP $269 billion. Investors were paid COP $124,574 millions of such value, on last August 2019. The remaining COP $144,510 million, will be delivered to the Equity Securities Investors, pro rata to the number of securities each of such Investors owns the day before the payment date, at a rate of COP $334,963 per Security.

This amount corresponds to the 5.25% annual yield paid as Distributable Cash Flow (Dividend Yield) for 2019, which has recovered in the last two years. This result is mainly explained by the revenue’s behavior, the stabilization of the commercial assets incorporated to Pei since the end of 2016, and the cash flow generated by the assets incorporated to the portfolio during the last 12 months.

The relevant payment will be subject to the applicable tax withholdings, depending on the taxpayer nature of each Equity Securities Investor.

In accordance with the decision adopted by the Investors Extraordinary Assembly, held in December 2018, the Distributable Cash Flow will be distributed on a quarterly basis throughout this year. This process’s progress and implementation will be officially and timely informed.

The Advisory Committee authorized the Distributable Cash Flow for the second semester of 2019.
