Adopted Guidelines as per the Investors Assembly
PATRIMONIO AUTÓNOMO ESTRATEGIAS INMOBILIARIAS, whose Management Agent is Aval Fiduciaria S.A., informs PEI investors that on Tuesday, September 15, 2026, at 8:00 a.m., the extraordinary meeting on first call of the PEI Extraordinary Investors Assembly was held in a mixed format. The meeting was convened with a quorum of 59.629%, corresponding to 29,786,672 securities, pursuant to Article 19 of Law 222 of 1995, Decree 1074 of 2015, and any other regulations that regulate, supplement, amend or replace them. (Terranum). The transaction will be carried out between PEI, as buyer, and Terranum, as seller, and its purpose is the acquisition by PEI of the fiduciary rights that give the ownership or the right to exploit all the real estate assets that constitute Terranum's real estate portfolio.
