2007

First issuance of Participating Certificates for COP 108,000 million.

2008

Transfer of participating certificates to the main market

2011

The Participating Certificates receive the highest rating granted by BRC Standard & Poor’s, i-AAA.

2014

First 1,000 investors, ratifying the trust in Pei as a leading vehicle in Colombia.

2018

First issuance of Pei Ordinary Bonds.

2020

Pei reaches 1 million m² of leasable area and 6.3 billion in assets under management.

2021

The real estate portfolio reaches 25% of leasable area with LEED certification.

2022

Migration of PEIS from the fixed-income to the equity system on the BVC.

2024

Pei joins the MSCI COLCAP index, becoming the first issuer in the industry in the country to achieve this position.
