Developed on the Odoo platform, this solution centralizes the technical visits information streamlining the monitoring of findings, the follow up on any relevant actions, and the timely resolution of any needs identified at each property.

•Smart Preventative Maintenance (QR Codes): We have integrated QR code technology into the building’s technical equipment, including ventilation systems, generators, or elevators. Scanning these codes gives our team instant access to the equipment’s history, maintenance logs, and current status –minimizing downtime while strengthening preventive maintenance and timely decisions–.
