Contribution to the Community’s, Tenants’, and Suppliers’ Welfare

Based on the proposed Sustainability Strategy, we aim at encouraging tenants and suppliers to integrate the ESG factors into their actions to generate a social impact.

  • Tenants are essential to the continuity of our business. Therefore, we work towards becoming their allies to contribute to the stabilization, performance, and development of their businesses. To do this, we will develop hand on hand with our tenants a scheme to promote, assist, and encourage their implementation of the ESG factors.
  • Because suppliers are essential stakeholders for the development, operation, and maintenance of the assets, it is of the utmost importance to encourage and promote good practices in connection with the ESG factors. We encourage our suppliers’ development through evaluations under the following criteria.
