We would like to inform you that Fiduciaria Corficolombiana S.A., Independent Asset Management Agent – Real Estate Strategies – Peichanged its company name to AVAL Fiduciaria S.A. This change is part of a strategy by Grupo Aval, and It will not affect normal operations, service offerings, or existing contractual relationships.

Similarly, we would like to inform you that documents issued by Pei’s Management Agent will reflect the new name. AVAL Fiduciaria S.A.
