Bogotá, June 2021. Pei, a leading Colombian real estate investment vehicle managed by Pei Asset Management, announced an additional investment of 1.03% in the C26 building located in Bogotá.
The transaction was carried out for the value of COP$1,341,305,970.. The additional percentage acquired is equivalent to 151 m2 to reach a total share of 68.03%, which corresponds to 9,946 m2.
This investment adds to the 67% previously acquired by Pei in building 1 of this corporate complex, where Asurion has established its main operations center under a long-term contract. Thus, Pei is supporting the arrival of this multinational technology services company, which will create more than 1,500 jobs.
This is the first of six towers that will be part of the C26 Business Complex, located on El Dorado Avenue, a strategic area with high corporate influence, offering a wide range of transportation options, as well as access roads and proximity to the El Dorado Airport in Bogotá.
