Bogota, September 2025Pei, the leading real estate investment alternative in Colombia, has been confirmed to be included in the S&P Colombia Select index, a stock market index that provides exposure to at least 14 species that meet specific liquidity and market capitalization criteria, traded on the Bolsa de Valores de Colombia (bvc).
This fact, combined with the inclusion of equity securities PEIs in stock indices MSCI COLCAP, MSCI All Colombia Select 25/50 and MSCI nuamIt becomes the first real estate company to incorporate these key equity market indicators.
By June 2025, Pei has maintained a significant presence in the Colombian capital market. As of June, securities denominated in PEI accounted for approximately the 2% of the total trading volume of the companies that make up the index MSCI COLCAPDuring the period, more than [amount] in transactions had been made. 2.56 million titlesequivalent to 6% of titles in circulationThis performance was supported by Pei’s recent bond issuance, in which, despite an offer of COP 500,000 millonesThe demand reached almost three times the bid amountreflecting the market’s confidence in the vehicle’s reliability.

Today, we are seeing its results materialized in Pei’s participation in four stock indices and the arrival of international investors, which exceed 5% of equity.”
Once again, Pei contributes to the development of the capital market in Colombia as the first and only issuer in the real estate investment industry to be included in the S&P Colombia Select index. Exposure to the index is achieved through the Exchange Traded Fund (ETF): Global X Colombia Select (HCOLSEL), a stock fund that seeks to replicate the S&P Colombia Select index.
