The handover of the new offices for State Insurance at the Amadeus building, a Pei-designed asset, marks an important milestone in the evolution of its main headquarters in Bogotá. This space will serve as the company’s location while the redevelopment project of the headquarters on Calle 90 with Carrera 11 is underway.
The offices feature high-specification amenities, implemented through the “value-added services” strategy (“meters to four”), and are ready for occupancy.
This initiative allows State Insurance to focus on its core business, reinforcing Pei’s goal of being the preferred real estate partner to support the growth and development of its tenants.
