Bogotá, february 2021 Pei, the leading real estate investment vehicle in Colombia, will make the Distributable Cash Flow (DCF) payment for the fourth quarter of 2020 on February 12.

The returns will be distributed at a rate of COP 133,119 per title, totaling an absolute value of COP 57,430 MM. This represents an increase of 4.5 times compared to the distributable cash flow experienced during the third quarter of 2020. The amount received by each investor is subject to withholding taxes according to their tax status.

This is due to the management conducted by the administrator during 2020, which focused on promoting income stability through contract retention, offering commercial relief to tenants, prioritizing long-term relationships, and maintaining a consistent portfolio management strategy. A significant portion of this management’s impact was reflected in the second half of the year with collections exceeding 100% of the billed amount.

Other important reasons for this result today include the economic recovery of the country, which began in the second half of the year, the improved performance of some sectors, and initiatives such as the third day without VAT.
