Bogotá, October 24, 2023. As several media outlets have reported, the PEI security has appreciated 66% so far this year, in addition to being one of the most liquid securities on the BVC in recent weeks.

During the third quarter of the year, the security posted a 29% appreciation, and so far in October, 20%, reflecting a notable rise in the security’s market price. In 2023, Pei has gone from a low of COP 22,000 per Security at the end of the first quarter to a value of COP 59,500 in the past week.

Likewise, liquidity has increased, with BVC trading posting an ADTV (Average Daily Trading Volume) of COP 1,227 million in September 2023, compared to months such as December 2022, when daily trading volume was below COP 100 million. According to Jairo Corrales, President of Pei Asset Management, ‘’the market price has begun to reflect that Pei’s real estate indicators, such as vacancy and revenue, have maintained the positive trend of the past two years.

In addition, the increase in trading volumes contributes to the Security’s liquidity, facilitating the entry of new investors.’’

In the first half of the year, Pei recorded revenue of COP 336,000 million, up 14% compared to the same period last year.
