Pei announces payment of Distributable Cash Flow for Q3 2023

Pei confirms the payment to investors of the Distributable Cash Flow for the third quarter of 2023 (the period from July 1 to September 30 of this year), equivalent to COP 434 per Security, for a total amount of COP 18,580 million. This brings the annual payment total to COP 63,119 million, equivalent to COP 1,475 per Security. The corresponding payment will be subject to applicable withholdings based on the tax status of each equity-securities investor.
