The handover of the new Seguros del Estado offices at the Amadeus building, an asset in Pei’s portfolio, marks an important milestone in the evolution of the company’s headquarters in Bogotá. This space will serve as the company’s location while the redevelopment project of its headquarters at Calle 90 with Carrera 11 is carried out.
The offices feature high-specification fit-outs, implemented through the “metros a la cuatro” value-added services strategy, and are ready for occupancy.
