In August, the Colombia Stock Exchange (BVC) published the MSCI COLCAP Index basket, in which Pei climbed to ninth position, moving from a 2.863% to 3.157%. In the basket published in May, Pei held tenth position.
During the first four months of the year, average daily trading volume was COP 857 million. However, since being included in the MSCI COLCAP index in May, and through the end of August, average daily traded volume has exceeded COP 5,000 million, reflecting greater liquidity for the PEI Security.
