Bogotá, February 2025.

We inform you that Fiduciaria Corficolombiana S.A., Trustee of the Pei Real Estate Strategies Autonomous Trust, changed its corporate name to AVAL Fiduciaria S.A. This change is part of a Grupo Aval strategy, and will not affect regular operations, the range of services, or existing contractual relationships.

Likewise, we announce that documents issued by Pei’s Trustee will reflect the new name AVAL Fiduciaria S.A.

At Pei Asset Management, Pei’s real estate manager, we reaffirm our commitment to building long-term relationships and generating value for our stakeholders.
