Bogotá, February 13, 2024.

During 2023, Pei was the top-performing security among those listed on the Colombia Stock Exchange’s (BVC) equities system, with a market price at the close of December 2023 of COP 64,300 per security; this represented a market price appreciation of 80% compared to the close of the prior year. In addition, Pei’s average daily trading volume increased, rising from COP 72 MM in December 2022 to COP 665 MM in December 2023. In the past week, the security has reached a price of COP 70,000.
