In accordance with the terms set out in the information prospectus for Pei’s Equity Securities Issuance and Placement Program, Pei will make the Distributable Cash Flow (DCF) payment generated during the first half of 2020 on August 18, 2020.

The amount each investor will receive, calculated based on the semi-annual financial statements audited by the statutory auditor1, will be COP 150,532 per Security, as authorized by the Advisory Committee.

This amount corresponds to an annual Distributable Cash Flow yield (Dividend Yield) of 4.52% for 2020. The Distributable Cash Flow generated by the vehicle’s operations during the first half of the year reached 64,943 MM; the decrease compared to the DCF paid in the same period last year is explained by the relief granted to tenants due to the health emergency, and by lower variable and other income during the second quarter of the year.

The corresponding payment will be subject to applicable withholdings based on the tax status of each Equity Securities Investor.

In accordance with the terms established at the Extraordinary Assembly of Investors held in December 2018, the Distributable Cash Flow will begin to be distributed quarterly starting in the second half of 2020.
